FlyerFeast is a web-based service that provides meal suggestions and recipes based on ingredients available in local grocery store flyers. We aggregate flyer data, generate meal ideas, and provide shopping lists to help users plan meals around available deals.

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of flyer data, meal suggestions, or any other content provided through the Service.

3. User Accounts

4.2 Payment Terms

• All subscription fees are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

4.4 Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. Flyer data, prices, and product availability are subject to change without notice. You should verify all information with the relevant grocery stores before making purchasing decisions.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYERFEAST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7.4 No Warranty
